Bad service and incompetence

On the 23/03/2025 I received a mail from imile regarding the custom that has to be paid for your package to be released which I paid, two days later I got another mail from imile regarding the change of customs to thousand which wasn’t communicated with a mail but via a call however I requested it as a mail even today I am still waiting so upon declining their request I asked for the a refund and supp**** my account details and made a follow up til date there was no communication in addition now what irritates me is the *********** person who was supposed do the rite calculation in first place so I have requested a refund and returned the goods back from SHEIN
