BAD SERVICE AND DELAYING DELIVERIES

Such a company with bad customer service, they won't deliver my parcel telling me about the region I'm at that they can't track it. I've been writing emails and calling them but with no luck, their contacts don't respond back other than the robot one on their WhatsApp. They are so unprofessional, and I'm actually mad at SHEIN I think it's high time we choose for ourselves the logistics we want now because this is not it.
