Bad service and 0 feedback

I ordered from Shein first week of Sept and my order showed delivered, when I call them they said they gave it to my care taker, which I don't have. Tried contacting Imile, Shein no one is willing to assist. I really don't understand what type of the company is this which they can't even give feedback on complaints. Sometimes I feel they allowing it, cause if not they were gonna follow up on their customers and get their orders sorted
