Bad service

I want to report a specific driver from this company Ambitious Nedombeloni, yesterday I was away from home at around 13:15 aprox. I receive a call from this delivery guy and this is what I get, "hello I’ve brought your delivery, ahhh sister there’s no number 441 in this street there’s only 440" so I future ask him to to describe the are so I know his at the right place…. Guy was so rude with a big attitude… when I started telling but no that’s not how you speak to people he then hung up. And I’m still waiting for my delivery
