Bad service

My order is marked delivered on my shein app but I haven't received it. On Monday I was informed that they can't deliver to me due to having other errands to run. Today they gave somebody my order without my consent. I'm enough as I've never encountered something like this ever since I started being shein customer. Buffalo logistics used to do impeccable job
