Bad service

I purchased items on Shein on the 13 September. And when I tracked my order it stated that payment link was triggered. Then I received a whatsapp message and email to pay tax. I clicked on the link and made payment. But still shows that I didn't and they ate sending whatsapp and email to pay or my order will be returned back. I sent numerous emails to them no reply. I tried to call the number doesn't work. I am very annoyed by all of this.
