Bad service

I had a bad experience they came to deliver my package at my place where I stay without contacting me or calling me on my cell phone which did provide to them and I made it clear to contact me when they are at my gate in case I stepped out. Then they gave my parcel to another person staying on the property with me that is very unprofessional service.
