Bad logistics company

I have never in my life come across a logistic company that's as bad as Imile logistic, they will keep on taking back and forth with your parcel. I was supposed to receive my parcel on Tuesday last week but to date I haven't. When I call them they keep on saying my parcel is out for delivery, I use my airtime to contact them on a daily basis without getting any help. If only I could choose a compony to deliver my parcel I would. Very very bad service.
