Bad logistics company

This logistics company doesn't even deserve one star!!!! My parcel keeps moving in and out of their DS (out for delivery- delivery failure-out for delivery-delivery failure) no communication whatsoever!!! I've emailed and called too many times, no response to my emails, calls are being rejected. At this point I'm willing to go fetch my parcel in Benoni because what the hell is this?????
