Bad experience from imile delivery

Worst bad experience ever happened to me,I made my payment for tax on the 22nd of July and it's now 10 days already have emailed them my purchase slip they said they'll fix it in 24hours but my purchase is still pending due to unpaid tax which I paid I'm already ****ed with the service never again.
