Bad delivery service

My Delivery from Shein that was handled by them is taking now nearly a month and I still didn't receive it. I received a message and e-mail from Shein 5 times that my parcel was sent back to distributorship because they could not get hold of me but I was at home each time with my phone. Nobody ever tried to contact me. Not a message, whatsapp or missed call. I contacted iMile and a rude lady just gave me another contact nr but I do not get any answer on that number. I really do not know what else to do to get my parcel. Before them Buffalo always dis the deliveries eith the same contact nr and address and they did a terrific job.
