Bad Delivery Service

The driver called me multiple times, initially yelling to ask for my location.

I provided the address given in the order, but he abruptly hung up.

He then called again, simply instructing me to "come outside," in a screaming manner before hanging up once more. Despite working in a busy environment, I went outside to meet him.

When the driver finally arrived, he handed me the package in a very dismissive manner basically throwing it in my arms before leaving.

This experience was quite upsetting.

When I emailed this to Imile they just responded with a generic response stating they are sorry for my experience and my order was delivered, if they read my email they would've seen that it wasn't that my order wasn't delivered but how the driver treated me. After I emailed them again, they just responded saying "Noted"

So clearly they do not care for their customers considering the amounts of complaints I see regarding rude delivery guys.
