Bad customer service, shut down this logistic

I have never been mistreated this way when purchased an item that needs to be delivered, It took 3 weeks to wait for the item then I pay Vat but now they don’t want to deliver, When you phone them they are not even bothered by what you are saying zero willingness to assist. I’m not happy at by the level of service
