bad customer service

My name is Dikeledi Rebecca Dlamini I bought things in Shein and Shein shipped the things to south Africa and the courier company that is working with shein .In Johannesburg is giving problems with my parcel number *** it been passed around from one driver to another and some driver are rude and some are unreachable it has been a week now drivers running around with my parcel and i am feed up with their excuses course they are wasting my time and my airtime calling them asking where are they trying to find out when can i get my things and the worse part the can call you tell you they parcel its been out for delivery
