Bad customer service

IMile Logistics South Africa: Gauteng: Katlehong, Ms.Matshepo (SHEIN delivery). Such a rude female driver, who didn't care about customer service and company brand. She chose to not use location I sent her, and she called me to collected my parcel at the nearby "tavern". Can her superior retrieve calls please, and let me know what I said or did, as to be treated like that
