Bad customer service

A family member ordered a package and received it within a week and 1 day. Two days after she made her order, I did the same. My order was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, a week and 2 days since officially making it but the driver took it to the wrong address! I phoned same day to ask what happened and they said it would still be delivered but the driver made a mistake. Phoned again two days later on Thursday and the lady was disrespectful and said that the package would be delivered, still without stating when.

2 weeks have passed.
