Bad courier service

The worst! The Parcel says out for delivery but you have to wait 48 hours for it to be delivered. Which means you have to take x2 days off work to wait for a package to be delivered or if you at home, you have to stay at home and wait wait wait for the package to be delivered and not leave your house! When calling in there is no supervisor to assist! They give you the drivers number but the driver (Lola) does not answer the call. They promise to revert the call but ey who knows if this will be done. No supervisor, no manager on duty to assist with escalation. Worst courier company ever!
