Bad bad service, ****s and ****mers

I’ve never had bad experience with Buffalo logistics, these ones Imile logistics, they charge ridiculous prices for customs, they don’t answer calls nor respond to emails on customer services/support. The delivery guy called, I missed his call to find that he had signed on my behalf and changed the status to delivered, when I never received any parcel, a couple of days later, I’m still waiting and they keep on saying tomorrow but nothing yet😔
