BAD BAD SERVICE.
I Bought clothes from SHEIN on the 25 of Feb i have not received my parcel when i call they keep saying it will be delivered not later than today since monday which was the 4th March, i am really disappointed in their services currently i am looking for their warehouse to go collect we never had this kind of issues with Buffalo, i have been buying from Shein and i used to receive my parces , now IMILE keeps saying wrong Address and contact details but to my surprise they contacted me via whatsap with the same number. i asked for the driver's contact number the lady i called said she doesn't know

19 Mar 2024, 11:41Thought i should update yall, i had to call and tell them i am getting married last weekend and my wedding dress is inside so i need the parcel delivered that very same day which was Tuesday , or they should give me the address of the warehouse so i can come and fetch it myself, they gave the numbers and they where not working. I called again and asked to speak to the manager so she can fasten my delivery. i spoke to her and she gave me the driver"s number, i started communicating with the driver until my parcel was delivered that same day.
