Appalling service from Imile Logistics

Absolutely pathetic service. No contact number for them unless you check on Shein. Mislead clients on the tracking system. It shows package out on delivery but when you eventually manage to get hold of someone (after 6 10-minute-long calls and being placed on hold several times), just to be told that the package went out on delivery today only. During my last call, I spoke to Nicole who was very condescending and told me that the supervisor is only going to tell me the same thing she did but put me through to a team leader called Christen who was absolutely rude. When he was called out about misleading clients on the tracking system, he became very defensive and proceeded to tell me about the 300 packages out for delivery today. I explained that I did not care about those packages and I just wanted to know why they were misleading clients on their tracking system. He literally screamed at me and told me that I wanted my package immediately.

Needless to say, I will not be placing another order with Shein if Imile Logisitics is the service provider.
