Angry Customer

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, I made an order on the 19 July, paid customs on the 22 and my orders had been in Clearance since the 24th no one is saying anything they just keep on extending the dates with emails, I can’t even talk to anyone on the phone because I can’t reach anyone. I’m so angry
