Angry customer

Worst customer service they are saying my order will delay because they don’t have enough resources , what does that even mean ? Why pick up our orders if you are lazy to do your job and please your customers. No one answers their phones they ring forever and their what’s app isn’t helping at all can we have a human answer our frustration’s instead of a robot
