Additional customs fees , order not received and order not returned

I ordered from SHEIN in January, I paid the vat and duty fee when I was supposed to receive my order from imile logistics company I was informed later on that I have to pay for another vat and duty (customs) which were incorrectly calculated and the fines which the amounts were just calculated randomly without any correct figure depending on how they feel at first I was suppose to pay Additional fines of R750 , the second time it was R464 then the last time I was told now the fines are R900 of which I didn’t understand why am supposed to be charged extra customs on top of what I’ve already paid. Then I was given the option to either pay or return my order then I opt the return till to date there’s no progress with my order where I was requested to pay for a return fee of which I paid but I have never received my order to begin with but in order for to return my order I have to pay a returned fee while they are sitting with my order for no reason and now I am requested to pay additional fee of which they claim is for SARS customs fee fines and they say I should pay them before midnight
