Absolutely Terrible!!

I am giving iMile 1 star because it's not possible to give a zero, otherwise I would. I have been waiting for them to come and fetch a return since August. it is now October and still nothing. I received two communications from them. The first guy was telling me he's on the way but he doesn't arrive on time I should let him know that I am knocking off. the second guy, out of the blue without prior communication, was informing that he wants to come and pick up the parcel. I informed him that I didn't have it on me, he said he would come back the following day but never did.
