Absolutely shockingly bad experience. Remains unresolved.

Imile deserves a zero star rating. My parcel from the UK went missing first time round. The supplier resent the stock. The second time round, my parcel was delivered to some random address in Cape Town (I live in Joburg) - the call centre phone lines simply keeps you on hold. There are no humans in this call centre, I am convinced. The web enquiries go unanswered. My opinion is that these are thieving people, with no intention of delivering our parcels.
