A order from shein, ordered on April 23rd and still hasn't arrived on 15 May

The worst experience and I am still experiencing it. No clear communication as to where my package is and if that isn't enough their provided phone number is not working and whenever you enquire about your package they inevitably block your emails so they don't answer.
