I ordered clothes from Shein, IMILE LOGISTICS was supposed to deliver my order but I had problems with my order being delivered. I called IMILE to refund me my VAT n Duty money and was told they do not refund. After arguing to get my refund I was told that my money will be refunded 7-14 working days. I have been trying to call but my number is blocked
