They say your parcel is delivered, but they can't tell you where they delivered it. Could have been given to someone on the street, BUT it is DELIVERED!!!! Their Customer Service is ZERO. After an hour, they still don't answer your call. That is if you get through to their Customer Call Centre. The phone normally just gives an error. Their online Customer Service is also ZERO. They don't respond to complaint. I am out of pocket. My order is **** knows where, but it is DELIVERED!!!!
