I accidentally made a double payment on duties and iMile refuse to assist with a credit / refund. Phone numbers don't work, Facebook messages are not rep**** to and I get generic copy and paste responses on email with generic tracking info.

A separate issue in January where 32 items were ****** from my parcel has still not been attended to after numerous emails and attempts.
