Most unreliable furniture transportation companies

Imbabane Removals is the most unreliable furniture transportation company. I contacted them almost 2 months before moving to a new city and they confirmed the exact date that my furniture will arrive in the new city, and they told me to follow up with them 2 weeks before moving. I emailed them again a week before moving and they still confirmed the same delivery date via emails, but they did not confirm the pick up date. When enquiring about the pickup date telephonically they kept saying they will call me back in 10 minutes (they didn’t, I was the one who kept calling them to follow up and they’d still tell me the exact same thing - that they’d call me back in 10 minutes). 2 days before my furniture was supposed to be delivered I called them again to ask them when they will pick up the furniture, and the response I got was “Eish, my sister, can we quickly come pick up your furniture now, but we will not be able to deliver it this Friday because it will be transported with other furniture that are going to Johannesburg first, it can only be delivered to your address after a week”. I asked them where should I sleep for the entire week that the furniture is not delivered because I don’t even have a bed in the new city that I’m moving to, and I asked them why did they confirm the delivery date on the emails if they were unsure about the date because now them changing their minds is causing more than just a financial inconvenience, and their response was “Eish my sister unfortunately there’s nothing we can do”. I had exactly 2 days to find an alternative moving company and I struggled A LOT because most companies said 2 days was short notice (luckily I eventually managed to find a reliable company that assisted me at short notice). IMBABANE Removals has zero communication and zero accountability and it is just good for causing stress.
