I PAID IN FULL BUT LOST MY COUCH AND MY FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED
MY COUCH WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT IN 2022 AND THESE PEOPLE TOOK IT WITH THEM FOR REPAIRS BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED MY COUCH AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPT TO GET IT BACK. I PAID FOR THEIR SERVICE IN FULL BUT SOME OF MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED INCLUDING THE COUCH THEY TOOK BACK WITH THEM FOR REPAIRS.

Excellent Service, Efficient Staff
We received really great service at Imbabane Removals, they arrived on time and their guys were very careful with our furniture packed everything with care and their time management is excellent...they did two trips for us on the same day because they also had to go all the way to Swayimane....and my mom was happy 😁 I would definitely recommend them if you are planning to move whether its long distance or local they pride themselves with giving excellent service...also 5 stars to their friendly, hardworking staff.❤️👌🏽 Thank you Imbabane Removals ❤️👌🏽🤗🌟

Professional, polite, courteous and amazing Individual that's ownes the company. Office and removal staff you can bet, have been trained only by the best!!! Their mannerism is second to none. I was seriously blown away with their amazing service. Imbabane pitched up on time and made the day smooth sailing. My calls/queries were responded to timeously. I highly recommend Imbababe Removals.

Impressed with service
Wow great serive, good response time even though I booked very last minute. Very professional with frequent check ins to ensure delivery was on track. Impressed!

The truck had 🪳 🪳 🪳…. I used them from JHB to EC, till today we trying to get rid of the ****roaches that came with the furniture that was in the truck, before we moved the stuff there was none, I’ve been disgusted since

Thieving ******: DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Recently relocated from DBN to CPT and opted to use these guys. What a huge mistake. My furniture was two days late; no heads up/explanation or even a simple apology. My furniture eventually arrived before midnight damaged and items removed/******.My baby had to sleep on the floor. They threatened to not offload my furniture if I did not pay the balance. I had no issue paying, issue was that due to their delay I had incurred additional costs which I had not budgeted for at all. I tried to engage them via WhatsApp and telephonically to no avail. These people are rude and unprofessional ******. They are money first attitude but offer poor service and have no respect for the customer or customers belongings. If you want a headache and to lose some of your belongings then you’ll use these thieving clowns. Stay away from these people. Very poor customer service from Nathi and Thah. Even when you try to be civil with them; they will blue tick you.

The most AFFORDABLE moving service. They relocated us from KZN to Cape Town and I quoted with Biddulphs, Eezi move and Buzz Movers. They were by far the cheapest. They communicate on email and whatsapp and call, you can always get through to someone. Rest assured your stuff will be delivered. They came and packed up the whole house heyi!!! I am so happy ukuthembeka kwenu guys. Thank you! Moving is so stressful you made it easier 5 stars from us
