Dissatisfied customer

I had the worst experience with this company. Not only did they not deliver on the promised date but refused to bring my stuff to the address that had been paid for which meant that I had to get more transport to collect my goods and incurred more expense. To top it all off, I had the pleasure of listening to the conversation between the owner Nathi, and the driver saying that I was being a neusence and Nathi had to be stubborn to get his way. The driver at the time was ignoring my attempt to get in touch with him so I can tell the other driver how far they were from them. This was the most appauling behavior I've experienced from an establishment that is supposed to be professional and put their customers first. I would never ever recommend nor suggest doing business with these hooligans. DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK
