iMarketing's ******* unsolicited communication

I have been receiving ******* and unsolicited Spam emails both from iMarketing to market their own ******* services and Spam sent on behalf of their clients. None of the mails from iMarketing includes an unsubscribe option as per CPA regulations and I have emailed them directly (after tracking down an email address from their Website registration details) and on the contact form on their Website. So already makes it *******, then in the iMarketing Terms and Conditions it states \iMarketing does not endorse or allow spam in any way. All of the members at iMarketing are double opt-in recipients and must agree to allow us to email them. iMarketing is in full compliance with all US and international spam laws including the 2004 Can Spam Act."This is also untrue as I have never opted in to receive any communication from them and have requested confirmation of where my details were obtained from as per CPA regulations and have never received any response from this company.<br> <br> Companies like yours and your ******* way of doing business damages the reputation of all legitimate marketing companies and advertising agencies.
