Terms and conditions....
I would just like to bring it to attention so other small companies like ourselves are aware before signing any rental agreements that the contract period is 60 months with a 10% annual escalation rate. This excludes your calls and added insurance premium on the selected unit.
Don't get caught by eager sales reps who don't explain the finer details to you and end up completely unaware of the overall terms until its to late like we did!
Had we been aware, we would have cancelled and rather financed another vehicle.

09 Mar 2021, 11:05FYI we have no copy of any signed minutes from any meeting in our possession. We had to request a copy of our rental agreement as well, since we have no original copy for ourselves on file, hence the reason of this complaint by an unhappy customer due to us being unaware of the 60 months contract with the 10% Annual escalation fee.

FYI we have no copy of any signed minutes from any meeting in our possession. 06 Apr 2021, 12:39I would just like to add to our comments that today we discovered that Imani Group also offer a 36 month contract option as well as the 60 month option, not that this helps us at all with regards to our situation, but it is nice to know that they do advise their new clients that these options are available giving their new clients the option to choose what terms they would prefer and what best suits the clients needs and budget.
