Slow internet speed- was not properly discussed when taking contract

Imaginet has always given me wonderful service and even after sales service, they care so much about the client. I had chosen the 10mb line. But I did wish they would have told me that the 10mb line if for download and the upload is only 1%. Which makes my internet actually very slow. My internet does not even get to the 1mb upload it goes up to 500kb at the most. I would want to cancel but the cost to cancel is too much. I just hope that they can sympathize with me and come up with some plan. Otherwise they are really friendly and very helpful at all times.
