!!!!!!NEVER EVER USE IMAGINE!!!!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would!! Company full of useless pathetic rude people!!!!! As you can see not a very happy customer! And I've only been with them for a few months not even a full year! Slow slow connection..10mg line but Netflix buffers continuously! And it's only the TV and 2 phones connected! And when we watch tv we not even on the phone! Now when I want to cancel they want to charge R2700.00 this AFTER they told me it's a R999.00 cancellation fee. Hamilton is confusing and rude! Then the cherry on the top, pay a full month of internet but have been without internet for 3 weeks! I still then had to endure the costs for data plus I have an online business and a full time business which all I have to get work done at home! So I only get one week of internet after paying a full month which they did nothing about, no refund or credit PLUS now an extra R1700.00 on top of what they had said for cancellation! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER USE IMAGINE!!!!
