Internet Service Provider that Seldom Provides Internet

I used to be SO happy but they've completely dropped the ball in the last 3 months and have caused absolutely havoc in our business. We've spent DAYS without internet causing absolute turmoil in our business and they have been so slack in assisting us. Would not recommend them anymore unfortunately.
