dial up works faster than my internet speeds! bad service all round

<p>Former Imaginet was fun, dynamic interact team of professionals </p> <p>unfortunately not the case now when reporting issues</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a 4meg internet line getting speeds of 0,47/ download speed 0,40 upload speed this has been the consistant case since march this year </p> <p>we approached them with this issue and hardly any professional interaction whats so ever </p> <p>Infact we politely got told upgrade your line you using too much internet - hardly so as you cant even watch a movie or series without it buffering what seems to be less than dial - up speeds </p> <p>sad as this was a really good internet provider </p>
