Arrogant Rude and Rigid

They charge a re-connection fee of R 100 if your payment hasn't gone through by the 9th. When you try and negotiate with them even if you 1 day late after the 9th of the month they are so arrogant and rude they refuse to assist. Absolutely shocking!!!! Most companies give you until the 15th to pay and will only cut you off after 30 days. The worst part is I have been with them for years and always pay my account and then they go and treat a loyal Customer like this. The Guys name is Rudy which stands for rude
