Bad service

I went there this morning to print an email which contained a flight ticket as I needed a hard copy. Now I was to to forward the email to them so as to print it. The person attending to me did not even ask what I need from the email but took it upon themselves to print everything even what I did not need. When I protested, he was so arrogant and tore my pages and told me to " get the **** out of there " Now I don't know if that is the way to run any business.
