Worst customer service experience ever

Worst customer service experience ever. I bought a card machine and they provided a wrong number to the courier company which is human error and understands but how the handle the matter is what gets me, I had to call every day, they even told me to come to their offices which I did but they couldn’t help me still. If there was a no star option, I would give them no star. Everyone in that office told me different stories. I would define the experience as a Nightmare!
