Worse service iKhokha and Tazlynn Driman and Onboarding Team

What a nightmare trying to activate my machine with Ikhokha and a lady by the name of Tazlynn Driman, met all the required requirements for a Sole Prop and daily i get asked for new additional requested i am a sole prop/side hustle i dont have signage...where the hell do i get pictures of signage and trading place. Bought the machine 17 January and i was told 48 hours it will be activated..its been a nightmare with over 15 calls to get help and not even a single call back t explain the process...i have made sales but funds not reflecting cause of the questions that get asked daily.... sick and tired should have gone with Yoco my partner who bought a Yoco machine on the same day with me doing the same thing is trading within 3 days of getting a machine....should have listened.... why so much red tape..refer to your welcome pack..at no point did you mention signage for unregistered side business you are the worst...
