Worse pathetic service - Can't call it service as there is nothing like it

I ordered and paid for an iKhokha machine after allot of queries with an agent Kivendran Pillay and even after emailing all my documents to him and even after explaining to him why did I bought and ordered the machine he seems to still don't understand.

The worse off all my telephone number is being loaded incorrectly on my profile please take note the only thing that was loaded so far on my profile is my telephone number that is in any case wrong. He is so good in service that my correct telephone number is on my email but seems to not see it,

I request from this so called awesome agent to call me back between 12:00 - 12:30 he demanded that he can only call me at 13:00 but please do take note if he try to get hold of me he used my wrong cell phone number.

On the 22nd of June 2023 he promise that my so called machine was dispatched still nothing was received,

Today I try to get hold of the agents holding for 1:06:36 WHAT THE HECK the worse to come your call is now first in line I HEARD THIS FOR THE HOLE TIME.

PATHETIC I WANT A CALL ASAP FROM A MANAGER AND I WANT MY MACHINE ASAP AND I WANT MY PROFILE SET UP LIKE I REQUESTED IN MY EMAIL
