When will Ikhkha tell the truth?

When i bought the machine i was told that i could use my own sim to operate the machine. I called in on Monday and was helped to insert a new sim. I took the machine to a fair on wednesday in pretoria. The sim didnt connect. I called in this morning only to be told that the machine wont work on my own sim and that it will take 3-5 working days to get one. I have a fair on saturday and sunday and now im machine- less thanks to misinformation and poor poor customer service. You guys are selling machines to make the sales without proper information to the customer. You guys have let me down once again because even for my first fair you guys didnt deliver my machine on time. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! NOTE this machine was bought in June and it is now August

Hi Nasreen,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we truly regret the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand your disappointment, especially given that this was meant to support your business at key events. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delays and the conflicting information you’ve received.

To clarify: our machines can work with your own SIM card, provided it has data and is compatible with the network coverage in the area. However, network strength can vary by location and provider, which unfortunately affects connectivity and is something outside our control.

We are currently in contact with you on chat to resolve this matter, and we remain committed to getting things back on track as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your patience, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Kind regards,
iKhokha Team

This is your help? See below- pathetic

Please note that while you can use your own SIM card (as long as it has data), we do not have control over network coverage. Connectivity depends on the signal strength and tower availability in different areas, which can vary from day to day and between networks.

It's possible the SIM worked initially due to stronger coverage at the time in your area, and then failed when the signal was weaker at the fair. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

It’s possible that your SIM card worked initially due to better network coverage in the area you were in at the time. However, network strength can vary from place to place, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over third-party SIMs or how network towers perform in different locations. We truly understand how frustrating this must be with the miscommunication, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Everyone else on mtn sims had perfect coverage and didnt lose customers like i did. So no coverage at the fair was perfect. You say u cant give me a sim by today but if you truly wanted to help a customer you would find a way. I hust cannot beleive how you operate and im beyond frustrated with the service i’ve received. Solutions that work NOW will be better and please dont tell me to hotspot from my main line because actually I should not have to after owning this machine for more than a month now.
