Waste of time and a total waste of money!
Bought an iKhokha speedpoint from Builders Midrand yesterday, for R2,000.00
The man there (Thepho), said that iKhokha will send an email to me and call me, because he already submitted to them, all or company details, to activate the speedpoint.
Im still waiting. I called him late yesterday afternoon and said that no one has called me. He then said that they have knocked off for the day and that iKhokha promised to call me at 8am this morning.
I woke up early and waited for the call. NOTHING!
At about 10am Thepho called and said that they said that they will call me later today. NOTHING!
I cannot keel waiting for iKhokha employees to call me to activate this speedpoint. It has become such a hassle, just to get this thing activated with iKhokha.
What a huge mistake ive made to put my trust in the employees of iKhokha and Builders Midrand.
I am losing so much money by not having a speedpoint. Because not everyone has the means to carry cash with them.
I will return this speedpoint and request a refund and inform the Ombudsman about this matter.

I've sent emails to the lady that helped me yesterday telling her about the problem and including a pic and a video showing exactly what happens when I try to do a transaction.
But no one has yet to contact me.
I have a business and I am now losing money, cuz not everyone carries cash with them.
People mostly use their Debit or Credit Cards, so I'm losing money due to your business not doing what you're supposed to be doing in your assigned positions...
