Very disappointed
I would happily give more stars for the ease of use of the actual machine, but customer service really lets them down.
I bought a busy coffee shop and started trading 1st March. The fist two days I could not take card payments because of delays with getting the ikhokha machine activated and I lost about R8K of trade on those days. After many many many phone calls someone eventually activated the machine and urgently re-submitted my documents to FICA.
Today, 12 days after opening, I needed to go and buy stock for the shop and I had no money in my business account. Called ikhokha and again they say they're awaiting FICA verification. So now...I don't have money for stock so I'll be losing out on more trade and thousands of rands. Ikhokha is sitting with all my cash...this is not on. If this is not sorted out in the next 24hrs I will take legal action.
