VERY DISAPPOINTED! COMMISSION RATES NOT AS PROMISED.

I have purchased 4 card machines from Ikhokha, for 4 of my businesses. When I purchased the first card machine, Paul, the sales consultant, assured me that I will get the same rates as we got with the bank we previously rented our card machines from. I sent the statement to him, confirming the commission rates.

Every time I purchased a new card machine I specifically asked Paul for the exact same rates, but I see that Ikhokha is not taking the commission rates as we agreed upon, you are taking your normal 3.16 or whatever percentage.

PLEASE NOTE: I have asked Paul multiple times to sort this out and he has just ignored me, I now expect a full refund on all commission wrongly taken, for every business, as this is not what was agreed and I would have never purchased more card machines from you if I knew that this would be the case.

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!
