Usless customer service
Had a very bad experience with the customer service from iKhokha with zero feedback. Two weeks ago, returned Shaker for upgrade. The machine was accepted then I supposed get refund last Friday or the latest on Monday. Guess no refund. Sent emails and now I can’t get any help or attention. There is no service at all. I need my money NOW! to purchase a new machine but I think I will look for another company that cares about customers. Using useless card reader that is the worst machine in the world. Not recommended at all
