Useless "support" team, Horrible first contact!!!!!!
Bought a device on 30/06/2022, submitted all required document & FICA requirements same day as well as another 2x attempts and still no assistance or support from them.
Support team can't even be of any help or support and only tell you that they escalated the issue!!!
