Useless Melissa vs The great Stephan
Best expirience: Service by Stephan. I called in, he went and got my data from a useless Mellisa pc. My information was submitted for FICA approval yesterday. Within 2 hours my services we activated and the payment machine works. Thanks Stephan for the good work. Your company has an asset in you.
Bad expirience: Useless Mellisa.She did nothing. A LIABILITY FOR IKHOKHA. She asked me to email documents 4 days ago and did nothing about it.
Employees must stop being apologetic for non-performance of their peers. She is useless period. The best thing the company can do if fire her. Actually now.
